No, I’m not being a braggart to myself… wishing myself happy bday in advance… Yday was quite a day… It started with me changing my ticket back to JB from Thursday to Saturday so I could go clubbing with the rest of my colleagues on Friday. Thanks a lot to Audrey for accompanying me to the bus station, calling up the bus company and taking my jacket when my…. …. …. oh well, let’s just skip this part.
I promised to bring nesha and daarsh for Nandos in the Bayan Lepas Airport.. Ooh..how cool is it.. to eat in the airport..! 
Parked my car.. went down searching for Nandos… Yummy yummy but I thought the bread was SOOO HUGE!
Then the bus company guy called and said there’s someone who wanted my ticket but he will need my ticket in order to sell it. So I brought both of them for a jalan-jalan session… and then… DANG! We saw the jam heading towards the island is super duper jam!! Oh well, to kill time, we had a slow drive and pass the ticket to the company… went KFC awhile… siap go buy credit for my DIGI… then only headed back to the island…
Went up the lift to our apartment… and when I opened the door… “SUPRISE!!!!” OH MY GAWD. I was soooooo shocked!!! My hsemates bought me a cake and waiting for me to come back… hahahaha.. to think that I brought them jalan-jalan in the mainland summore…
Daarsh: Oit, u know, it’s so hard to bring u back home! U asyik thinking of going Carrefour la… Old Town la…
Me: (Laughing) How wud I know ma? I just wanted to avoid the jam…
Hahaha.. seriously. It was really sweet of them to go buy a cake to celebrate my bday… Daarsh sed they did it yday because today she’s going back Ipoh already, so she won’t be around. I’m so touched by it …

Happy 21st Bday to me!!! Hoooooray… I’m legal!!
Yesterday was the best Friday ever. I went to work later than usual cuz I couldn’t wake up earlier… Then PC scheduled to meet me at 9 for a short meeting… and then I went to lab to get a HD for Andrew… WC asked me if i wanna join them for brunch.. eating pork ribs noodle.. hmm… sounds tempting…
Audrey suddenly came up to me and asked if i wanna go bowling wif her dept ppl… Oh well. It’s this afternoon wat… time check.. still got like 3hrs before 1pm… Agreed on the spot although I only knew TWO person (including her) going for bowling…
The pork rib noodle was superb. Portion of pork ribs are pretty small… we all ended up watching the fierce hippo attacking crocs on National Geographic for almost an hour… Damn entertaining though.
Went back to office at 12… TWELVE!!! oh shit..! Quickly editted my documents as PC will need it asap… At around 12 plus, PC called and asked me wanna go for quick lunch in the cafe. Hurm… how am I supposed to tell him I just had lunch nia? Rejected his offer and continued my work. Audrey came to my cube to pick me up… and I haven’t finish my work yet!!! Had her waiting for me awhile…
At around 12.40-ish we went to BJ for another round of “lunch”. Urgh. I din eat again, of cuz!! Only had my fav choc sundae from McD… Kok Hoe, Audrey and me ate together… Went to the bowling alley… Met their dept’s ppl. Hmm. One sentence to describe them. All.Look.Boring.And.Pretty.Crap.Out.Of.Work.
I scored a few spares and strikes!!! Warao… Didn’t know my skill improved that much since I bowled in Jusco last May. My highest score? 72. Ok la. Don’t compare ok. At least I look a bit professional when I bowled. :p Or I hope so. Kok Hoe’s and Audrey’s score? Don’t ask. Hahaha.
Went back to office at 5 to pick nesha up and drop her at the bus stop. Went back and tried to sleep awhile… couldn’t. Oh well. Li Ching sed she overslept and will be at Gurney late and asked me to fetch WC. WC called to give me directions.. Kok Hoe called too.. asked when I’m leaving. It’s funny how I told him that I’ll leave at 7, and when I hung up our call, I checked the time. Oh. 7.06pm. o.O He called me back..
“Did u know it’s already 7?”
“Urm… yeah i know…” -hoping voice dont betray self-
“Leaving edy?”
“Yup of cuz!” -confidently!-
Wow. I drove like hell to WC’s hse so that I can reach in 14 minutes. Then we met the rest in KG. WC tot the waiter was a little rude… Dinner was good but I’m getting a little tired of KG. Too many times in a row. Waited for Lai Guek in front of the cinemas… Movie started edy but she still not around… We went in first…
Movie was better than I expected but the ending is pretty much expected. C’mon la. Babies that cute won’t die in movies wan. Same like cute heros in kungfu movies. Will never ever die. Maybe broken ribs and legs here and there, but no, they’ll survive.
Kok Hoe and WC got a dose of my terrible driving. Haha. I’m pretty sure next time they dont want to sit in my car edy. Will not spoil the surprise for the rest. Haha…
So many things happening in one day.. cun rite? That’s why I sed.. best Friday ever.
My colleague, Anthony and his wife, Yvonne invited a whole bunch of us to gather for the once-in-the-year lantern festival on Fri… Since my family are just gonna have a small celebration at home, (which is gonna be boring :p ) so I thought might as well join my colls for the gathering…
I told the rest I’ll be late.. After all the gathering should start at 6pm and I’m only going at 6.40-ish… But oh gosh, when I reached there, I only see Anthony, Yvonne and Kok Hoe.

Anthony said they’re in Tesco since they saw the HUGE jam lining up from the bridge. Hmm o.O And so we waited. And waited. AND WAITED……. “-__-
Finally Anthony took out his mahjong table and said, “Let’s play mahjong first la. They’re so SLOW.” Finally at around 8 plus, they arrived wif lots of fooooood and but of course, “drinks”. The girls helped with arranging the food on the table and I “took care” of the vege..
After we brought all the food out, then me and WC went to hang the lanterns.. She’s so hyper tonight.. keep on saying “Hau hoi sam ar…” Hahaha.. Chris became the photographer of the night.. Oh did I mention before that Chris is my ex-senior from UTP? Well, there’s no photo of him.. too bad ar…

I went to Kim Gary’s few weeks back with Daarsh… wanted to try their drinks.. all have nice nice names but i always forget how it goes.. anyways, I think this is called Red Bean Ice. Whatever it is, DON’t be deceived by its looks!!! May look yummy but its not. 
After looking at it for awhile, it still looks yummy. KG reli hire exterior “FOOD” designer to do this, man.
