Hahaha. Mebe I shud seriously think of this option. :P

What would you do if you wake up in the morning only knowing that you’re given the day off?

Our answer to it? Go WATERFALL!

Hehe. Well the girls started the day off with a nice cuppa coffee in the most famous chinese kopitiam in Kemaman, Hai Peng. The coffee is so irresistably good. Kesian Helwa cuz she can’t drink it.. (fyi, she’s pregnant). The half boil eggs taste sooooo delicious (yes, i started eating it again ;P ) and their kaya bun is just amazing. :)

Then we called up the guys to go waterfall in Cemerung.. it’s around 70km from our hse in Kerteh.. Reli reli far, considering we dont’ reli know the way there.. And so we drove. And drove. And drove. Till the guys kinda gave up on us and stopped to ask for directions. Wei, we girls oso nvr stop to ask, u guys pulak stop so many times……

Anywhoos. After 2 hours of driving, we found the place. It is deep in the heart of Terengganu and guess what, there’s zero reception here. Maxis, Digi, Celcom all tak laku here. Luckily we found the place, or not we all mengamuk in the car. :P Despite the ulu2 place, the place does look pretty clean. And after changing.. off we go to the waterfalls!

FYI, these nicknames are real u know. Hehe.

I’ve been tagged for this meme ages ago.. but didn’t have time to do it. This week has been pretty hell for me… with so many impromptu requests, impromptu training AND impromptu holiday! So here I am, in the weekend (after a looooooooong sleep, of course), I managed to come out with the list. BTW, thanks ohkulala for tagging me. I totally love this meme. So here it is:

Rules of the tag: Various situations are given. You have to come up with a song (or a couple) that aptly describe those situations in YOUR life.

Opening credits: Baby Bash ft Akon – Baby I’m Back

Waking Up: Hit Me UP by Gia Farrell

Average Day: Better In Time by Leona Lewis

First Date: See You Again by Miley Cyrus
–Love it when she sings this
When you called and ask to see me
Tomorrow night,
I’m not a mind reader,
But I’m reading the sign
That you can’t wait to see me again

Falling in love: Can’t Take My Eyes Off You – Muse

Love scene: The Look of Love – Diana Krall

Breaking up: The Ice is Getting Thinner by Death Cab for Cutie
– I love the opening of the song
We’re not the same, dear, as we used to be.
The seasons have changed and so have we.
There was little we could say, and even less we could do
To stop the ice from getting thinner under me and you.

Getting back together: Come Home by OneRepublic
–And the chorus of this one too
Come home
Come home
Cause I’ve been waiting for you
For so long

Secret love: Darude – Estacy

Life’s ok: Could Be Anything – The Eames Era

Mental breakdown: Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds – People Ain’t No Good

Driving: Please Don’t Stop The Music by Rihanna
– I’m serious. I can’t drive without the music! :D

Learning a lesson: Killa by Cherish
– Recently I’ve been learning alot from work.. work’s been piling up and since we’re understaffed, daily working has been like terjun into waterfall… Anyways, in short it’s been a KILLA! -_-”

Beep thought: What I’ve Done by Linkin Park

Partying: Ten Seconds to Sunrise – Tiesto

Happy dance: Accidentally In Love – Counting Crows

Long night alone: Mercy – Duffy

Death scene: Farewell by Rosie Thomas

Closing credits: Take Me The Way I Am – Ingrid Michaelson
– My pujamantra these days. Just love the simplicity of the song and the way she croons “You take me the way I am..”

I’m not tagging anyone as usual. :| Just asked Audrey if she blogs and she’s like, “haven’t updated for awhile”. Sigh. Alrighty. Gotta go.. hsemates ajak go pizza hut in Kemaman.. yummy!

In life, don’t just trust people who change their feelings with time…
Instead trust those people whose feelings remain the same even when the time changes…

We make them cry who care for us…
We cry for those who never care for us.
And we care for those who will never cry for us.
This is the truth in life..strange but true,
Once you realise this, its never too late to change.

Never explain yourself to anyone.
Because the person who likes you doesn’t need it,
And the person who dislikes you won’t believe it.

Don’t let someone become a priority in your life
when you’re just an option in their life..

Remember you are born to live.
Don’t live because you are born!

Don’t go the way life takes you..
Take life the way you go!

Over the same sea, on the same winds;
A ship sails in one direction, another in opposite.
It is not the wind that decides which direction the ship goes;
Its the sails; how they are tied and how they are manoveured;
Similarly, it is not fate that decides where your life takes you.
It is all about how you take life and where you take it to.

Today’s yet another day at work.. Work is as usual the same… Boss is not here so things are more relax :) Besides doing my budget for the department accounts next year, today I’m basically free. Tim ajak me for a really nice lunch in one of the manager’s hse, whom is celebrating Hari Gawai today! So we went…

Her house is actually near mine.. And her house is REALLY prettily decorated with roses. I mean it, EVERYTHING is decorated with the theme of rose such as the flowers, the vase, her table cloth, and those small decorative items. Very flowery. Typical English suburb interior design.

And words could not fairly compliment her food. The Sarawak laksa was heavenly~~ K. Silia made a joke saying that “It’s all pork pork pork”. Hehehe. Well I love it. Her char siew is fat-less (okay, I choosed the fatless one) and satay was as good as the Satay Kajang. Plus she cooked everything on her own, makes it even more tastier. :)

So now i’m in office, still thinking about lunch. Sigh. Haha. Back to work~!
